I recommend using the Nix Hydration Sensor for workouts that are more than 60 minutes and where you know you’ll be sweating heavily to get an accurate reading. And the best part? It integrates with Apple Watch! I’m excited to test it more over the holidays when I go to Florida to escape the -30 degree weather up in the mountains. With the watch, I can see my hydration in real-time and get push and audio alerts to remind me when to drink.
