One of my favorite hydration drinks is Gnarly’s Ruby Red Grapefruit, low in sugar, has great flavor, excellent for everyday hydration.

The Gnarly Hydrate Lemonade flavor is packed with electrolytes and B vitamins to rehydrate you quickly. The electrolyte content has sodium and magnesium to help you avoid dehydration in hotter weather and keeps your muscle function, and body pH at healthy levels.
