Spring is here, and I love it. Here are my five favorite things from this past week to add to your training routine.

1) Protect yourself from the to boost performance

I’ll admit, I hate putting on sunscreen, so I have been trying to find you great sunscreens that work well for athletes, aren’t greasy, and stay on when you sweat.

The original is Kinesys (which is excellent), and the new one that I love is Zealios (who also has some other great skin and hair care products for athletes).

2) Don’t buy an expensive massage gun.

The new Hypervolt GO 2.0 is here. It is fantastic, lightweight, almost completely silent, and more than powerful enough for 99% of athletes. It also looks fantastic and is super portable. Use it for warm-up and recovery.

Plus, it comes from one of the industry leaders, Hyperice. This isn’t a knock-off gun that is loud and falls apart from Amazon. The GO is a top-quality product at a fantastic price. .

3) Direct from 🇮🇹 Italy (and the pocket of TDF winner Podacar)

4) Brighten your mood with Creatine?
